It’s also something we’ve heard consistently while developing Liminal: people would rather have a straightforward process and keen pricing than pay more for unnecessary back-and-forth.

You’ll still be able to communicate with us through your order whenever something genuinely needs discussing. And for larger, more involved or unusual projects, naturally we’ll spend more time working through the details with you.

Yes. If you need your transformation sooner, an Express Turnaround option may be available.

Liminal isn’t a factory. We don’t run your content through an app, apply a preset and move on to the next file. Every transformation is individually performed and crafted around the content you send us, which means there is a limit to how much work we can produce at any one time.

Express Turnaround gives your project priority in the production queue when you’re working to a tighter deadline.

If timing is critical, choose the express option when available or contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Because every transformation requires actual creative time.

We’re deliberately not a high-volume content factory. Your footage, photography or artwork isn’t simply passed through a cookie-cutter app or dropped into a generic template.

Every project is individually performed, shaped and crafted around the content you send us. That means our creative capacity each month is finite — and we think that’s a good thing.

Limiting the number of transformations we accept allows us to protect the quality and individuality of the work.
